The government of Tanzania has invested a lot of money on the project is expecting the project to get high end supervision of up to the standards.

However, according to Juma Mgatta, Kyela District Council Executive Director, the implementation of the project has experienced some challenges. Some of the challenges include residents not paving the way for the construction of the road.  In fact some of the stubborn residents have put up their structures within the road reserve.
