Mr. Onolememen said that the project, when completed, would enhance the movement of people, goods and services.
He enjoined the road sector development team to ensure the successful delivery of the road on time.
“You should, throughout the duration of this project, pay attention to the quality of work and deadline set by the government,” he said.
Earlier, Governor Babagangida Aliyu, represented by the Speaker, Niger State House of Assembly, Adamu Usman, thanked President Jonathan for approving the project.
He said that the road would open up the rural communities in the state.
