Angola: Governor Announces Construction of Infrastructure

The Governor of the eastern Province of Lunda Norte, Ernesto Muangala, announced Friday, the construction of houses, schools and health centers to improve the social conditions of the population in the locality of Capaia, district of Lucapa (Lunda Norte).

The Cabinet minister who was speaking at the end of a working visit held in the commune of Capaia, said that the program includes repair of roads and improvement of drinking water supply and electricity.

Ernesto Muangala acknowledged the existence of some social difficulties that the population faces but soon or later they will be resolved in view the welfare of the citizens.

The construction works of municipal administration and the residence of administrator will be completed yet this year.
