Description:  In 1999 Fourways Aircon was a small outlet in Kya-Sands selling Samsung airconditioners and spare parts to COD customers. As the company grew, we acquired more staff each year. By 2004 the company had grown such a substantial client base that Samsung were able to give their entire client base over to Fourways Aircon. At the same time as the client move, Samsung employees also moved over to Fourways Aircon and because of this, it drastically cut Samsung’s overhead costs. Fourways were thus able to sell airconditioning products on behalf of Samsung at a lower price to the dealers due to higher overhead structures at Samsung.
